These Terms of Service govern the engagement and use of technology services provided by Ibrahim Software ("the Firm"), accessible via ibrahimsoftware.online.

1. Nature of Services

Ibrahim Software provides technical consulting, custom software engineering, cloud computing deployment, mobile applications development, and system maintenance under designated Statements of Work (SOW) or contractual agreements.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise specified in a formal Master Services Agreement (MSA), client bespoke deliverables belong exclusively to the commissioning client upon receipt of full remuneration, subject to Ibrahim Software retaining rights to its proprietary pre-existing utility libraries and development toolkits.

3. Service Level & Reliability

We execute our technical duties with industry-standard professional skill, security best practices, and rigorous quality assurance. Hosting and cloud infrastructure provided on managed accounts are monitored for high availability and business continuity.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced under applicable commercial laws and international software development trade standards.
